Thank you for shopping with Style Strike. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may not process a refund

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

📦 How to Return an Item

To start a return, please email us at stylestrikeclothes@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for return

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stylestrikeclothes@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK laws.
